A necessary
interruption

The Edge of You is not your average self-development workshop. It's a reclamation. A full-bodied, in-person weekend to reconnect with the unedited, uncensored, unperformed version of you.

Through movement, voice, breath, and radical self-connection, you'll release what's stuck and reclaim what's always been yours: your voice, your body, your truth, your power.

"It's deeply personal. It's what I want for myself and for everyone. Because the PROCESS is the reward — not just the sometimes elusive end goal." — Sara Wiseman

We live in a world where disconnection has become the norm — from our bodies, from joy, from spontaneity, from our authentic selves. Digital overload, old stories, demanding obligations — no wonder we feel fragmented. This workshop is a radical opportunity to put yourself first. Without demands to compare, impress, or get it right.

No performance experience required. Just willingness, curiosity, and heart. You belong here — exactly as you are.

Why this
workshop
exists

We've all had things in life that made us shrink, hide, feel wary. Some of us have even been told we need to be different. Here is the opportunity to experience yourself — without your labels, without your masks — perhaps for the very first time.

Real human connection

In self-discovery, feeling seen, heard, and supported in real-time with others is profound. Group dynamics amplify breakthroughs and emotional processing in ways that a screen never can.

Somatic work is infinitely more powerful live

Breathwork, meditation, movement, and embodiment practices unlock something different when guided in a physical space. There's a collective rhythm that builds emotional safety.

Safety creates expansion

When you know you're held, not judged, something unlocks in your nervous system. You access parts of yourself that have been hidden, repressed, or shamed. That's when real transformation begins.

You're more likely to follow through

When you invest time, energy, and travel into a live event, you're making a commitment to yourself. The act of showing up physically is part of the transformation.

What to Expect

Equal parts release and rediscovery

01

Grounding & Embodiment

Drop into your body and the present moment through deep grounding practices. Surrender and re-engage with yourself.

02

Voice, Breath & Movement

Activate your inner voice and unlock emotional blocks through guided vocal, breath, and freeform movement exploration.

03

Creative Reflection

Journaling and inner compass work to tune back into what you actually want, need, feel — and who you are.

04

Partner & Group Work

Practice vulnerability and build trust. Feel supported to take up space unapologetically in shared courage.

05

Playful Disruption

Stretch your edges safely. Risk and imperfection are celebrated here, not corrected. Play is the practice.

With two decades of coaching others in authentic presence and full expression, Sara brings depth, practicality, and radical care into this work.

She now shares her practical techniques in building authentic communication and engaging personas — whether on screen or in person, for individuals and organisations.

"My responsibility as an actor is to represent human behaviour in all its light and shade, to its fullest. It's an incredibly liberating privilege to do so. This workshop is born from both an in-depth professional skillset and lived personal experience."

The Edge of You is not a performance. It is a return — to your voice, your body, your truth. 25 years of experience. Zero fluff. 100% heart.

I feel like I gained more of myself. A deeper freedom to express — not just the polished parts, but also the edges and the unknown places. To be vulnerable without fear and feel held in a safe space. It helped me connect with myself in a deeply loving way and reminded me that all of it belongs — the raw and the soft, the messy and the calm.

The Edge of You workshop enabled me to reconnect and check in with myself in ways we normally don’t allow. I gained a spring in my step, discovered new things and developed a sense of ease with my journey going forward. Sara creates a really positive environment and safe space for participants to truly explore all aspects of themselves. Highly recommend it!

If you’re questioning your capabilities, your capacity, your limits, or yourself — this workshop is for you. I got to experience the literal edges of me, every feeling, every emotion.

When I arrived for day one of TEOY workshop, I was in a place of uncertainty, numbness, ‘stuck-ness’, and feeling quite despondent about the world. I left at the end of day two feeling noticeably lighter, happier and more joyous. I have never been part of anything like it, and this is all down to Sas and her incredible ability to harness the overwhelm and negativity we often navigate. Thank you Sas. You’re a beautiful and generous soul for creating something that everyone needs to experience.

Life can be a roller-coaster, and after attending Sara’s weekend workshop I was reminded how to embrace both the highs and the lows with curiosity, playfulness, and courage. It gave me permission to shed old inhibitions and push on through. If you’re ready to let go of what’s weighing you down, and reconnect with freedom in your own skin — this workshop is a must.

Do it!!! You don’t get to go there, like this, every day. It’s fascinating, inspiring, surprising and also FUN! I loved ‘going there’ alongside a group of others doing the same thing. You don’t get so many people dropping their masks like this every day.

Sara builds on your existing strengths in support of the discovery of previously unused muscles — which through fear or complacency you’ve neglected. Work never ceases. You can always go further.

Alex

"

Transformational and an opportunity to visit myself again. Facilitated in a way that pushed and challenged but felt held, empowered, encouraged. For those needing to decompress from life, realise their intentions, or simply to just release all the bullshit.

A powerful catalyst — change is profound and rapid under Sara’s tuition. The atmosphere anticipates and energises when she enters a room: an utter marvel compelled by a well of kindness, generosity, grit, and the biggest of hearts.

Kimberly

"

An opportunity to feel a deep visceral connection with mind, body, & soul. Give yourself permission to step out of your restraints and away from the boundaries.

A beautiful opportunity to deep dive and experience whatever may arise, without judgement or censoring, in a safe space. And a magical journey enabling me to see my self, my soul and other people’s without fear of being judged.
